  How to put banner at my blog?

  banners(headers) dont work with all themes so you need to find a theme that does.
  Once you do it’s simple Dashboard > Appearance > Custom Header > Upload.

  @rohangupta1: Banner and header are not the same thing.

  @michiyo23: Are you talking about an image in the header or a banner in the sidebar?
