  I would like to sell some advert banners on my blog in order to rise money to keep the blog going. Have you got a service package availabe that would allow this and what would be the cost? If so, is it possible to offer banners with flash components?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks for the answer. I appreciate it. Doesn’t WP offer a commercial application I could buy that would allow the placement of adds?

  No. Unless you have pockets as deep as CNN and content that can qualify for VIP hosting then there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything stated here > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
