Hi,
To add an header image, go to ‘Themes’ -> ‘Customize’ -> ‘Header Image’.
Try that, and let me know how you go!

That’s rather strange. Grasping at straws here, did you click the ‘Save and Update’ button after selecting an image?

Hi,
Given that the site is set to private, it’s difficult for me to tell what’s going on.
I’m tagging this post for the staff’s attention. I’m sure they can assist you with this.

The staff have access and knowledge beyond my abilities. Better to let them (or some other expert ;) take a look. Sorry, and thank you for your patience.

Good Morning :)
I want to confirm that you’re working on lbcasting.wordpress.com?
Please review the Sage theme demo at https://sagademo.wordpress.com/ and the theme setup instructions at https://wordpress.com/theme/saga.
Is this the image you want to use at the top of the page? https://lbcasting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php?item=243 ?

Yes, I can help you sort this out!
Please click on My Sites < Customizer < Colors and Backgrounds. There you’re going to see the director chair image set as the background palette on the site. Do you want to keep this image there? A better fit would be a solid or patterned background, where it wouldn’t really matter where the front ground box cut it off at. Something randomized or a solid color.
We can add this image back in place of the director chair if you like, but again, the people are going to be awkwardly cut off.
If you’re looking for a true header image, and not a background image like how Saga works, then I’d suggest looking at these themes.

No – all of your pages, posts, and content will transfer over. The only thing you’d need to do is the customization of the theme features. Of course, we can help you with this too.
