Banner Help!
-
I am working on a new website for the non-profit I work for and it is done through WordPress. I’m just having a little trouble with one thing. We have banners for each of the pages, but in the banner area there is a color block, then like a replication of the menu location – I just need to know how to remove it.
It’s not allowing me to post a picture, I hope this enough detail!
Thanks!

Since all sites here are “live” even if they are set to Private – without the URL my best guess is:
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.
For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are asking for help with a WordPress.COM site then we need a link to that site to give you accurate help.

anniebabyx – could you please confirm whether your site is hosted here at WordPress.com or self-hosted? If it’s self-hosted, you’ll need to head to your theme’s support forum for help. Looks like the H.E.L.P. theme is sold through Themeforest, so you’ll need to ask for help over there:
