Banner is exact suggested size, however, it is cut off in view.

  You cannot see the entire banner unless the browser window is stretched to full screen on the Mac. On a PC, it is just cut off.

  Hi there,

  By nature, the header in Twenty Thirteen doesn’t shrink when the window size changes. Even in a Mac, if you change the window size, your header will get cut off if the browser isn’t open fully. The next time you’re on your PC, you should zoom in and out in your browser window. See if the header displays differently. Browser window size, and screen/monitor size, are usually the cause of this discrepancy.
