Banner isn't showing on website

Hi I tried on different computers and also different networks but the bottom banner is blank every time, I’m only seeing advertisements text.
This is happening at least 5 days ago.

staff-zinnia thanks, I understand the differences between both, Is there a forum dedicated just for wordads or an official wordads support forum? I’m asking this because from my understand wordads is an adsever so is the same for either platforms.
Also I have the experience notice that the banner isn’t showing because the ad server is not serving the ad, so is not a problem of the blog …
