Banner like NSA protest banner

    It would be good if we could add a banner to the bottom of our site like the NSA protest banner and change the text of the banner to a Twitter feed or something like that.

    I know that this isn’t currently possible because of JavaScript restrictions and everything but it would be good if WP.com could add this feature to the software in the near future with resrictions.

    The last thing I want to appear on my blogs is any banner at the bottom of them at all but best wishes to you.
