Banner Placebolder Plugin?

  Hello

  I have a question. Does anyone know a plugin I can get to place a horizontal banner directly below or directly above my header? I am assuming there is some kind of plugin. My site is http://www.camelclutchblog.com if anyone wants to take a look.
