banner under page – challenge I coukdnt solve…

  Hi, Im trying to add some banner like the red one on this site: https://bossedup.org/
  under my form in my home page…
  I thought putting it as the buttom part of background image while the upper part is plain white but in phones the background image doesnt show fully and the text is cutted…

  Is it possible to get the end result I want?
