  Hi–
  I’m still new at this. My theme is Chronicle, which has alternating banners, one for each post, on the home page. I’ve successfully added my third post, but I’ve forgotten how to add the third banner stored in my library, to accompany my new post. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

  I’m not familiar with that Theme, but many Themes have the ability to create a custom header art (that’s what the “banner” is called) by setting it as the FEATURED IMAGE. Edit the post and look for FEATURED IMAGE in the right menu. If you do not see it, go to Screen Options at the top and check the box for that module.

  The Theme may require the header art to be a specific size, so check the Theme options to get the size and upload or choose the header art through the Featured Image settings.
