  When I make my own domain. After this I can put the banners up or it is still impossible?

  If you are refering to advertising banners the answers in “no”. There is no blogger initiated advertsing allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The domain mapping upgrade is for domain mapping only. Nothing else changes. There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything expressed here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/#important-notes-before-upgrading
