Banning a jerk from wordpress

There’s this jerk on wordpress, his name is lattydoesitfomaddenbackingouttatherelookatmegumby.
He has already deleted his blog, but he has been hating me for no reason. I want to get rid of that man from ever getting even a comment closer to me. Isn’t there something like not being rude or anything like that in the Terms? I don’t want to know that he’s being such a jerk to anyone else. One of his comments to me were:ya no one likes your stupid f***ing blog captain i kiss boys or what ever the f*** your name is. So do the f***ing world a favor and shut down this peice of s***. AND by the way 1000 veiws isnt cool when its your f***ing mom, i serious hate you, like more than i hate boy kissers and fat people, which prolly describes you. If i was the creator of wordpress.com i would personally come to your house and s*** on your computer for writing such stupid f***ing blogs. Your kids could come out with a mental handicap. love to hear a comment back sometime soon :) i still hate you tho.
(censored by me.) You see? He’s even saying my future would have a mental handicap! That’s truly offending! Please someone reply now! ABSOLUTELY NOW. I want him to never even log in to wordpress within his entire life span. I don’t want any other person out there get hurt.

Maybe you should get a proper eye read, because you versus a lot more hell than you would freakin’ know like my blog better than yours. And no, it’s not my mom who happens to view my blog, they are people who just made it to my blog. Other news, your name is lame, so badly, I don’t know what the hell it means,but I know it’s stupid. And because of you, I hate you. Have you ever heard of politeness?! And why the hell are you such a hater huh? You’ve done a favor to the world, and shut down your stupid blog. And I happen to be a fit boy, and prefers to kiss a girl than even hearing the idea of me even accidentally kissing a boy. You know what? Do you even know how old I am? I even mention it, 12 YEARS OLD. So you are technically hating a random kid on the other side of the world. You are a stupid human who just can’t accept the fact that maybe my blog is liked better than yours. Maybe you just hate it because my blog is meant for a different audience.

No, there is nothing like “Don’t be rude” in the terms of service.
BUT: if you are 12 years old, as you say, you are breaking the terms of service which say you need to be at least 13.

Did you consider comment moderation, and if that kid tried to post to your blog again to put his comments in the trash?
This guy is an obvious troll looking for attention, and from the looks of it it appears that he got to you. I know that trolls are aggravating and can hurtful, but you cannot let them get to you. Once you give the impression that his comments are no longer of interest, he’ll move on and find something better to do with his time.

One of the reasons there’s a minimum age is to make sure people are socially mature enough to handle disagreements easily. So far I’ve never met anyone old enough, myself.
