Banning of sites for spurious reasons.

Is there any way to contact WordPress about the banning of a blog (not mine but one I liked to read) which in my view was not in any way transgressive and yet was taken down by the people at WordPress? I am seeing more and more of this kind of censorship for things that are really worthy topics of conversation. Yet, other blogs which contain violence and misogyny are allowed to remain intact and no one at WordPress seems to mind. Anyone have any ideas about the logic of this and how to contact someone at WordPress about this?

  • @mainstreetuk only our terms of service team can discuss the specifics of a site’s suspension, and only with the site owner. Our support staff is unable to help with TOS issues.

  • I will add, though, you’re welcome to review our thoughts on freedom of speech:

    This will help as well:

    Report a Site

If you’re seeing sites that are abusive, calling for violence, etc. please do report them.
