Bar at the bottom of your website, possible?

If you look at this website : http://www.soompi.com/
You may see at the bottom a grayish bar, almost like a task bare. That features the following options: ‘Share’, ‘Fan Page’, ‘Twitter’, ‘Stumbe It!’, and, ‘Look at me!’.
Is it possible to get a bar like that on a wordpress website? Or any bar similar to it? to appear on the bottom which visitors may minimize and show as they please? Thanks.

No that’s not possible t install that toolbar on a wordpress.com blog and it’s not necessary. You can enable sharing icons for your readers to use at the bottom of your posts Please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.

If it wasn’t necessary I wouldn’t ask. And the one you sent me is almost the same, at least it features similar options.
