barnsbury theme remove space below custom footer

  hi. I have added a custom footer to my site. There is an annoying space below it that i want to remove. Reducing the padding/margins etc doesnt seem to help.

  The footer that contains the site title linked to home comes from your theme, it is the same on the theme showcase https://d.pr/v/vg1QFw

  You could hide it with CSS if needed https://wordpress.com/support/editing-css/css-support/
