Basic CSS changes

hi guys. my questions will make you feel uber smart. i’m re-launching my site after i busted it while messing with the sidebar. whoops. i’m new to this and i’m not an expert by any means. so now the site is back up but the css isn’t up to snuff.

    site: http://www.jenniferbethwilliams.com
    theme: pressrow (http://www.findcreditcards.org/pressrow/)
code: using ftp and the wordpress log-in page because the ftp files aren’t uploading properly at the moment.

    – how/in what php file do i move my toolbar (tabs) under the header?
    – on the toolbar, when you click another section such as “clips,” the “about” tab is highlighted. how do i fix this? i either want nothing highlighted at all, or, for example, the “clips” tag highlighted in conjunction with the “clips” page
    – my body font and header are grey instead of black. for some reason, no matter what i do, i can’t change this css style sheet. i did it last time, but, for some reason, not this time.
    – same goes with the sidebar font. it’s grey instead of black.

    suggestions?

    jen
