Basic Help with Menu Font and Header Background

    I am using the raindrops theme.
    I have found it suits most of my needs perfectly without having to muddle my way through CSS.
    I have 3 small issues:
    1. How can I make the background behind my logo transparent?
    2. How can I make the “Everything Fabulous” disappear?
    3. How can I change the font size, and color of the Menu bar?

    Please be very direct…which CSS or PHP file, what to remove and/or add, as I am not that great at this.
