Basic Image Editor for publishing on website

  Hi
  I was going through various plugins for image editing but it seems all are available for editing in the WordPress, not on my website.
  are there any available for publishing on the website? I need it for uploading image, basic editing (crop, resize, add borders) and save it on the server.
  is it possible to use the standard WordPress image editor in my website??
  If any has examples, that will be great..

  FYI I dont need it for my blog, m setting up an online store which requires it.

  Are you looking to do basic image editing on your computer, then after you edit the images you upload them to your website?

  If this is correct, the first thing that comes to mind is Gimp.

  No I want the editing tool on the website itself. My customers should have be able to upload the pic and do some basic editing.
