Basic mobile theme overpowering site updates

  The basic blue and grey mobile theme is all that shows up for just one of my site’s posts. I’ve checked the Appearance>Customize menu, which shows that the regular version of my site is what’s published. Why isn’t it appearing when I try to access the site on my phone? I’ve cleared the cache multiple times as well.
