  Hi Forum,

  plese excuse this basic question, but I am new to blogging and have no technical background.
  Currently I am using a blog domain called for example: amylovesliving.wordpress.com.

  I only want to have my own domain like amylovesliving.com.
  How can I realize that? I would also like to buy this. Can I do that within wordpress.com or do I have to do that externally?

  You most certainly can do that, you can buy it with WordPress.com too.
  There’s a handy page of instructions over at the FAQ.
