Basic Question about Pages

  I have three pages (home, about, and posts). My home page is static, and the links (term?) on the top of the page are “Archives” and “About.” How do I get “Posts” to be a tab on that page, because the only way for people to access my posts now is through archives, and I want it easier, or else most people will have no idea.
