basic theme question

  I am trying to figure out what themes I can use with my basic free account.

  Am I limited to the 76 themes that come up when you go to the switch themes tab

  or

  can I download from the themes library and customize them and upload them.

  I just have chromaglow.wordpress.com.
  I haven’t purchased a domain through another

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are limited to those (currently 77) themes.

  You can customize their appearance with the paid CSS upgrade and a knowledge of CSS.
