Basis Theme – Featured pic issues

I purchased a pic that is sized 5363 x 3576 for the banner pic but it’s not filling the banner area?
Did I miss something? How can I resize this photo to fit that area?

Good GAWD! That image is HUGE. You will need to use an image editor to create an image of the correct size and optimize it for the web. You can use either desktop image editing software or free online image editing software to optimize it and reduce it in size fit the space you intend to use it in.
Archive and single post pages feature a main column width of 610px.
Product page template display content at a width of 1068px.
