Baskersville Theme Question

  I wanted to add another example to my previous forum. For example them you go to themes and look at Bakersville these blogs are posted but not entirely. Only a few sentences are shown in the demo photo them “read more…” under those first few lines. How do I do this so my entire blog into showing when people home to my homepage? I’m also wanting a more efficient theme to work with.
