Baskerville 2 – Can't add header menus?

  On the theme https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2 I’m unable to add additional menus to the header. In the example template you can see the Home tab next to page templates, image alignment and styles, etc. However when adding menus, all you can do is add a single menu with dropdowns. I can’t use the line under the header to get more links in there like the sample site. Or at the very least, I don’t know how.
