Baskerville 2 : How can I hide the post date ?
-
Hello !
I’ve an issue with the Baskerville 2 theme on wordpress.com.
I’d like to hide the post date everywhere on my blog but when uncheck the option in “Content options”, my blog doesn’t get updated even though the preview on the right hand side seems to refresh correctly.
Thanks in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
The preview will indeed show the changes, but until you PUBLISH the changes, they will not show up in your blog. Try that and if it does not work, get back with us and we can look into this further!Buena fortuna!

I’ve duplicated this issue on my test blog so have tagged this for Staff attention.
Under Content Options>Post Details, I unchecked Display Date. The Customizer shows the front page without post dates on individual posts. However, after saving and publishing, the Date still appears on the site itself.

Thanks for pointing this out – I’m able to see it happening as well.
I’m opening a bug report so it can be looked into, and we’ll add an update on this thread when we have more info!

Howdy!
Thanks for bringing this bug to our attention. We’ve made a fix to Baskerville 2 and the Post Details options should work correctly now. :)
Cheers,
