Baskerville 2 problem

  Hi! I’m new to the blogging scene and am experiencing some problems being able to display all my posts. I have chosen Baskerville 2 theme. I have also chosen that an excerpt of my blogpost should show on the homepage. However, often the posts end up at the bottom of a really long homepage. Not always but often enough for my readers to get annoyed by it. I have wordpress.com and the free theme if that’s any help. The page is in Swedish, but I don’t see why that should create problems for me.

  Hi Kia,

  I just took a look at your site, and at the moment, I don’t see this issue happening.

  If you have a screenshot of the issue, could you upload it to your My Site > Media area?

  I’ll be able to see it there once it is uploaded.

  Without seeing it on your site, it’s hard to say what is causing the problem.
  Your settings in the Customize area look correct, as you’re telling the theme to only show excerpts there under Content Options.

  By chance are you using a different Post Format other than “Standard” when this happens?

  Hi dcoleonline!

  Thank you for answering. I have now made a print screen showing both the “problem” screen and how it should look. I have saved it as a docx under Media along with my other pictures.
  I have yet to check the post format. I’ll get back to you on that but I know that I have chosen standard when I started my first blog post. Is that something I have to chose EVERY post?

  Thanks for sending the screenshots.

  With the top image, is that what you currently see when you view your site?

  If so, what steps did you take to see the second image where the posts appeared correctly? It looks like the images were taken just a few minutes apart.

  I know that I have chosen standard when I started my first blog post. Is that something I have to chose EVERY post?

  No, that is the default. I was asking in case something might have been happening with a different post format.
