Baskerville 2 theme issues

    Is there a way, without using code, to shorten the distance between the first row of posts to the second row of posts? If so, how? If not, is there a way I can place a line between the first and second row of posts that says something like, Read More News Below, to take up that space between the first and second row of posts? If so, how, without knowing code?
