    I need to increase the size of my tagline, and disable how Baskerville 2 forces my post titles into all Caps.

    I need to increase the size of my tagline

    – Are you talking about the font size i am right here then you need to add the custom css code given below 

    .site-description {
	font-size: 2.1em;
}

    disable how Baskerville 2 forces my post titles into all Caps.

    – I have check your site and your post titles are not all caps, can you please tell me what exactly you want in this your post titles all caps or first capital caps and rest in lowercase.
