Baskerville adding additional menus to header

  On the preview for the Baskerville theme, several menu options in the header can be seen horizontally e.g. HOME, PAGE TEMPLATES, READABILITY. However, I cannot figure out how to create this on my own site using this theme! Can anybody help? Thanks !
