Baskerville disable site title

  I want to disable the site title from displaying in the Baskerville theme. There is no checkbox in the “Site Identify” customization settings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I want to disable the site title from displaying in the Baskerville theme. There is no checkbox in the “Site Identify” customization settings.

  You can follow these steps to Hide the site title and tagline:

  Go to My Site>Customize>Site Identity
  Then remove the check mark next to Display Site Title and Tagline.
  Then click on publish button and go live to see the changes

  Additionally, Your site (http://box5664.temp.domains/) is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host so WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question. You can post your question in WordPress.org forum:

  The Baskerville theme for self-hosted sites is different than the WordPress.com version. If you downloaded Baskerville from WordPress.org, then you can try getting help here:

  You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here:

  https://wordpress.org/support/register.php

  If you want to use our revamped version of Baskerville, you can download Baskerville 2 from the bottom of the page here:

  It has an option to hide the site title and tagline in the Customizer.

  Thank you both. It looks like going to wordpress.org is the best solution. As I already mentioned, the Site Identify section does not have a checkbox to uncheck as shubhamgmath suggested.
