Baskerville theme takes too long to load homepage

    Hey there, I use the baskerville theme for my blog http://www.meshgh.com and for a while now, I realise it takes too long for the homepage to load. I’ve also received complaints from some of my followers about the same thing. Does anyone else experience the same thing? Is it a problem with the particular theme or is it a general problem with wordpress? How can I fix this? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

    I have also noticed the same problem with I site I may take over working on. Part of it is Google fonts, part of it is the scripts that run. Sometimes I have to reload the page 3 times to get it to completely and correctly load.

    I hope someone has a fix. Want to get rid of the search box, too.
