Baskerville2: Header styling

    Hi,
    Just changed to Baskerville2 and would like to change the Header area:

    1. Header image to display more of the image (higher on short side). Do I need to reload another image? I was advised the image had to be 1440×221 but it truncates the image.
    2. make pipe between menu options vertical (not diagonal) and reduce spacing in-between options
    3. replace social headings with social icons
    4. display menu options far-left of screen, social icons on far-right
