Batch of code appearing in posts imported from WordPress.com

  I have just imported my blog from WordPress.com to WordPress.org when I open the posts as a reader would, the batch of code below appears towards the bottom of the post. Can someone please tell me what it is and how to stop it being visible to readers. I am a WP beginner and I have not yet gone live with my .org blog which is at mattcatchpole.com, Many Thanks
