bbforum registration, wp intercepting emails

    Read thru the posts but do not see answer. Using wp smtp mail plugin for post announcements so don’t think php mail applies. Can’t register any users so can’t use forum plugin yet.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi robertlewis333, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host. It’s more like the site you listed than the one running bbForum.

    Please ask your host to check outbound mail on the server. They’ll be able to see whether it’s attempting to email at all, and whether it’s getting stuck.
