  There are some major issues that would have to be worked out before that would ever happen (if it were to happen at all, and I doubt it will for a long time). Right now bbPress is only compatible with one single modified theme, twenty ten, and in nearly all other themes it blows up or at the very least goes all wonky. Until it is far enough along so that it could work with a majority of themes, there is no way it will ever show up here.

  There will be a forum on any other engine?
  phpbb, smf, javabb,… ?

  I kind of doubt there will be any forums here, but one can never say for sure. What most people do here is to sign up at one of the free forum hosting services and then link to that from their site here.

  Well, you could always PAY for forum hosting and link to it off a custom menu.

  If I’ll have paid hosting, then why do I need a wordpress.com?
  On paid hosting, I can install any engine with any settings.
  And then blog on wordpress.com will not be needed.
  It makes no sense.

  If you have paid hosting you don’t need WP.com.

  For what you want, you CANNOT USE WP.com. Therefore you MUST get paid hosting.
