  When I try and download bbpress it just goes to my downloads and when I try to open it a bunch of folders pop up. How do I get bbpress from my downloads onto my wordpress?

  You cannot install bbpress on any WordPress.COM hosted blog. bbpress is only for WordPress.ORG installs.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.
