BBPress and Sidebar not showing correctly after 3.5.2 Upgrade

  BBpress is not showing correctly and my sidebar is not showing on some of my pages after the 3.5.2 upgrade.

  How do I fix this? Do I need to re-install the plug-ins?

  Thankfully, my site has not yet launched.

  What would happen if my site was launched, and I had lots of BBPress comments. Would I lose all of my comments?
