because I am using the free version I cannot get help?

    Ok I am getting a tad frustrated. I am setting up a blog for the very first time. I chose to go with the free version for now just to see how it goes, I believe it is going to go well then I’ll up grade. My frustration is that I uploaded a picture that I’d like to use as the theme/banner and I want to change the font on the title of the blog and for some reason I cannot do either. When I click on the blog I have this picture/theme/banner that I did not select and I do not want I’d rather it only have the title should I not have a choice to have the picture I want. I bet I have no choice unless I want to spend a few hundred dollars and unfortunately at this time I have to way it out heat or a blog, guess what wins out. Can someone please answer me. I have sent other requests in when I first started setting this up and no response. Oh I bet because I choose the free version I do not get support. Hmmm, I hope that is not true or maybe because I did not put my e mail address in the other times here it is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    I’m just so frustrated and can’t seem to get any help to the questions I have. I really would appreciated someone responding even if it is to tell me where to go and how to get there. Thank you and Have a Fabulous Day. Linda

    You posted a question about an hour ago, most of the support in this forum is by you peers (other bloggers that volunteer to help without pay) – to help you – when we have a problem we can’t solve for you, your question is flagged for the staff to help.

    Many support forums take around 24 hours for a reply, the responses here tend to be quicker. However the regulars that help in the forum will not attempt to help you unless we think we can give you solid help.

    As frustrated as you might be for banging hour head against the keyboard before asking for help here – the best option is to remain calm.
