Become again administrator of a blog

Hi!
I passed the property of annoncerlevangile.wordpress.com to my customer.However, they would like me back as an administrator (as some of my customers asked me before, and it went perfectly well).
In the present case, they are not allowed to invite me, they receive a message saying: “the user (me) has blocked the invitations”. Indeed, I’m even not allowed to subscribe to the blog!
On my page https://wordpress.com/me I cannot see any restriction of this kind.
Would you please help me and them?

Hi there:
I’m showing you as a Follower of that site already – since you’re already subscribed, that’s why you cannot sign up again nor can you be invited.
Regarding inviting you to the site, they would need to remove you from their “Abonnés” list and request to add you as an admin from their WordPress.com dashboard. You can see how to do this here:

Hello!
Once again, Annoncer l’évangile tried to re-invite me as an administrator (after cancelling me as a subscriber). They still are unable since they receive the info: “L’utilisateur a bloqué les invitations”.
On my account Dreusdeille, impossible to find where I could have blocked the invitations! Which is certainly NOT why I wanted to do!
Please, help!

Hm, I see they invited you as a Follower, not an Administrator.
You’re already following the site, hence the problem.
They’ll need to invite you as a different user role.

Sorry, they tried to invite me as an administrator not as a follower. Please consider that we try since a few weeks and I have quite a long experience with WP.
In addition, they cancelled my subscription as a follower prior to re-invite me, and it didn’t work either.
The message “L’utilisateur a bloqué les invitations” is always the same one.
Your clever help will be appreciated.

We have extensive logs, and the most recent entry for you is:
invite created | email: [your email] | role: followerIf you’d please ask the owner of the site to reply here requesting the addition, we can take care of that, or please ask them to try inviting you as an administrator this time.

I cannot find this address (email visible only to moderators and staff) in the followers. And the invitation is still blocked.
Please take care of changing her role from follower to Administrator.
