  When I try to edit it just takes me to the home page I also get the error that it is refusing access. I have followed your suggestions and they are not working

  Hey there, can you send more context?

  Please copy and paste the error you’re getting, so we can see what you’re seeing.

  Also, are you trying to edit the home page itself? Right now your site is set to display posts on the home page, so it sounds like you may be editing the template. Please let us know what you have in mind for the site so we can point you in the right direction. Thanks!

  Hello, Please see below. The first screen shot is when I try to click the “edit site”. The second shows where I end up when I click on edit post, the third shows that I just end up back home. I am able to move to draft in jetpack but I would like the intended features to work before I consider upgrading.

  Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

  • clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
  • Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
  • If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
