Becoming self hosted

  Since migrating to being self hosted from my original blog, I have lost my followers, likes, stats etc. Is there any way to get these back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’ve connected Jetpack you can migrate your followers you’ve had on WordPress.com, and we can also merge your stats for you. If you can give me the URLs of your old and your new sites I can help you with that.
