  I just noticed ive paid for the last 2 year some form of yearly subscription for a site/domain I haven’t owned for 2 years. I also can’t login the account since the gmail expired a while ago.

  Hi there! Can you please email help@wordpress.com with a transaction ID from a billing statement for a WordPress.com charge you are referring to?
  
  The site you’ve linked has always been a free site on WordPress.com and appears to have not been updated in over 4 years. You may potentially be self-hosting a WordPress site elsewhere and paying a different WordPress hosting provider.
