    My credit card have been continued charges after canceling your plan.

    Hi there!

    It looks like the WordPress.com Business plan was still active on a second site (You had the Business plan on two different sites), which is why the automatic renewal renewed the plan.

    I see that you canceled the plan today, and the most recent renewal was refunded in full. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Please note that your bank/card issuer may take 7-10 business days to process the refund.

    On a different note, I’m sorry to see you go. I’d love your feedback about what led you to cancel your plan. Do you no longer need a website, or do you need help setting it up?

    Hi there!

    Apologies for the late response. In your screenshot, you can see this is for the WordPress.com Business plan on enriquemortgage.wpcomstaging.com. You had another Business plan on a different site with the address enriquemortgage9.wpcomstaging.com. That’s the Business plan that was still active.

    Now that the plans have been removed, the sites’ addresses have changed from .wpcomstaging.com to .wordpress.com. If you go to https://wordpress.com/sites, you’ll see both enriquemortgage9.wordpress.com and enriquemortgage.wordpress.com sites.

    Hope that clarifies things.
