Been waiting a year for this refund….

    I have another account which is now deleted and has been for a year now since I canceled it due to the terrible service I was receiving. I had a blog (beforetheygetme.com) which was registered through WordPress obviously, I had an upgraded account which I payed somewhere around 80-100$ for which basically let me have full benefits of WordPress and a custom domain. It was advertised to have a 100% refund guarantee if I didn’t like it, and I didn’t so I put in a refund ticket shortly after and never heard back. It’s now been a YEAR and I’m still waiting for my money. The account is deleted so I have no way of logging in or doing anything else about this and I’m having to post this from a different account. Please respond to this immediately as I need my refund after a year of waiting.
