Been waiting over 24hrs for support from a Happiness enigineer

    I raised my first support request with a happiness enigineer over 26hrs ago and so far have had 2 unhelpful responses mostly stating how support has changed and is not as fast as it used to be. I need help with images not loading on my site for which I have a creator plan on and advice on what to do for a refund with the 4 now retired themes I have purchased in the past. I have never had to wait this long for help in the 14 years I have been a customer with WordPress and just want to know what is going on.

    Yes, support has changed, but as a Creator plan owner, you still have priority over any other plan except Entrepreneur. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    AFAIK-Refunds for Premium theme purchases are available for a limited time, I believe 14 days from the date of purchase. If outside that time frame, a refund is no longer available.

    On your site images not loading, what site is involved and what theme is it using?
