I believe you’re referring to the New Editor that lives at wordpress.com/post. If you would rather use the Classic Editor, the easiest way to do that would be to bookmark the following URL:
https://whmgipman.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
That URL will always take you to the Classic Editor.

The old page visits can visit directly!
Older Admin pages that do not stand in the recent list even without the new editer comes into picture. Classic old Editor onley, only the old look! -
The Beep beep boop mention several institutions are not accessible as the catagory setting. Where the misery with Beep beep boop comes from, and there is no one who can solve the problem! Please help to also disable the new blue Editer.

It is not possible to disable the New Editor. However, if you use the link below, you should find yourself in the Classic Editor:

I’m not sure what you mean by “my main computer disk.” Could you explain a bit more where you’re seeing an issue?
Also, just to be clear, the Beep Beep Boop (the New Editor) is intended to be displayed. When you click various Edit and New Post links across your site, this is the editor you will see. You can stay in the Classic Editor using the link here:

Are you using a different browser in the Windows 7 HD? The New Editor should still be in both places at the following URL:
That’s the intended behavior. I’m wondering if the opt-out cookie is still set for your Windows 7 HD version. Can you try clearing your cache as described here?

Internet Explorer 11, I cleaned up before, but I want to totally rid of the annoying opdringere modern obollige screen. Give me the delete option so that I can work well with my blog. As I mentioned works on another computer disk and the laptop the blog as before.

It is not possible to get rid of the New Editor. The only way to avoid using the New Editor is to bookmark the following URL and use it when creating posts moving forward:
http://whmgipman.wordpress.com/wp-admin
I’m not sure why the editor isn’t defaulting to the New Editor on your other site. My best guess is that there’s still a cookie default set on your other browser. When that expires, you will be sent to the New Editor.
