Before footer widget

can someone help me with adding custom widget before (but included in footer widget) footer widget witch can be customized from “customize menu”
just like in picture below

Just to clarify, these forums you’ve posted to are intended for sites using the hosted version of WordPressdotcom. If you need assistance with a local install of the WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to the forums at https://wordpress.org/support and if you need help with a specific theme feature, it’s likely that the theme author has a dedicated support forum there under Themes. I’d search there first before posting. If you don’t have an ORG username account, you can register one on that page.
