    Before I commmit to paying you $299 for wordpress which wasn’t successful to me in the past, I want to be able to talk to someone to help me remove my exisitng websites, as well as talk in person as to help me with this business website word press. With this money at stake, it isn’t fair to constantly make people go all over the place looking for support groups who know nothing about how to use your products either. If you can’t help me, I want a refund immediately. Otherwise, you are just taking my money and lining your pockets. Network Solutions stopped grandfathering me in wiht MS Front Page, which worked very well with me. Then, you stopped. I took a three year business loss. Then, you merged with Web.com, and made matters worse. I lost more money and lost credibitlity with over 5,000 clients of mine and over 15 years of work! You “My Time Support” is not helpful, and you just keep adding on things to my other domains that I am taking other places. Contact me by (email visible only to moderators and staff) and give me a phone number and time EST to call you. I am the customer and you have failed me over and over again.
