  what if we pay the $299 and can’t accomplish what we want, are we issued a refund? I have the entire site laid out in pdf form with specific instructions, so it should be pretty easy to do for someone who knows what they’re doing. I don’t know if I’m willing to risk it for 300, thoughts?

  Hi there,

  As thebud15 mentioned, you can request a refund for the plan within 30 days of purchase.

  Custom domains can be refunded within 48 hours of registration. If you used the plan domain credit to register a new domain and the refund period for that domain has passed, you would receive a refund for the plan minus the domain costs.
